Sin duda, lo más científico que he conocido en este mundo del autoconocimiento y de lo transpersonal, es el tema del budismo.

He hecho varios cursos intensivos de Vipassana. Entre otras cosas.
En realidad se trata de obserbar sin reaccionar.
Asi, sin darle cuerda al yo que siempre busca afirmación, aunque sea a traves de la negación y del sufrir si no puede ser de forma positiva!, se podrá acceder a lo que Es, mas allá de lo que aparece.
Más allá de lo que le viene a uno, de lo que uno registra, a traves de los sentidos.
Se entiende?
No se trata de opinar. No se trata de creer. No se trata de pensar. No se trata de sentir.
Si, se trata de obserbar sin reaccionar; sin juzgar, sin bueno/malo. Sin me gusta/no me gusta.
Asi, sin la reacción que es el remite constante al "yo", se accede al Único Yo.
Mi experiencia es .. mm bueno, es mí experiencia. Nada de desviaciones exibicionistas.. que hasta aqui ya ha sido mucho.

Quedé asombrado cuando durante de mi primera meditación Vipassana en el año 2007 escuché decir a S. N. Goenka que “Jesucristo es el Santo de los santos y que si Dios existe entonces tiene que ser el Amor mismo. Por eso se puede afirmar que Jesucristo, como el fruto del Amor, es el Hijo de Dios”.


Ahora estoy convencido que la enseñanza transmitida a través de S. N. Goenka no está nada lejos de la Sabiduría de nuestro Señor, Jesús de Nazareth.


A continuación quiero recopilar la primera parte de algunas citas dadas por el Señor y que son coincidentes con la sabiduría de Vipassana.

Dificultar la fantasmagorías triviales

Si os adentráis en vuestro corazón y os contempláis de esta manera, entonces dificultáis más y más la influencia de Satanás (= la mentalidad materialista). Por eso no hay nada que este busque con más empeño que desorientar al hombre en su introspección mediante diversas fantasmagorías triviales.

Encontras las tramas mediante la meditacion

Cuando tras alguna práctica el hombre alcanza una cierta habilidad en la contemplación de su fuero interno, entonces reconocerá con mucha facilidad las trampas que le tiende Satanás. Las puede desbaratar y destruir fácilmente y puede tomar precauciones enérgicas contra todos los futuros ardides de dicho enemigo. Satanás lo sabe muy bien y por eso se dedica con empeño a distraer y ocupar el alma, con diversas fantasmagorías exteriores y, estando al acecho y sin ser visto, le resulta muy fácil organizarle al alma una gran variedad de trampas que al fin la enredarán de tal manera que ya no llegará a la introspección, con gran perjuicio para ella

Las fantasmagorías separan al alma del espüiritu

Así el alma quedaría cada vez más separada de su espíritu, al que ya no podrá despertar; lo que es el comienzo de la segunda muerte del hombre.

Silencio durante dos o tres horas

¡Haced tal ejercicio en silencio durante dos o tres horas y no os dejéis distraer durante este tiempo por ninguna aparición externa! Pues el enemigo procurará apartaros de ella por medio de uno u otro espectácülo externo. ¡Pero entonces recordad que Yo os lo vaticiné y volved en seguida a vuestra introspección interior!
